Who we are

Andy Hightower is an experienced WIOA and workforce expert who wants to help workforce systems meaningfully impact lives and communities. He has spearheaded WIOA implementation and the development of policy and operations at the state and local level. He helps state agencies and local workforce development boards develop leadership, create sustainable cycles of continuous improvement and implement collaborative, systematic change.
